October with Michael Johnson

Showing People They Matter

In a world where people often don’t feel seen, heard, or valued, creating a sense of mattering can make a meaningful difference in how we connect, lead, and support one another.

Join us for October’s Wellness Hour as Michael Johnson explores Showing People They Matter—whether they are employees, clients, family, friends, or simply the people we encounter every day. We’ll look at how helping others feel valued can strengthen motivation, resilience, relationships, and performance, both personally and professionally.

During this conversation, we’ll explore:

  • What does it mean to truly matter—to employees, clients, and one another?

  • What happens when people don’t feel valued, and what changes when they do?

  • How can we help others feel genuinely seen and heard?

  • How do we create a culture of mattering in today’s workplaces and communities?

Because sometimes one of the most powerful things we can do for another person is simply make sure they know:

You matter!
