When the Room is on FIRE

Join us for an insightful Wellness Hour with Lisa as we explore the art of “reading the room” and learning how to stay cool, calm, and collected in an industry that constantly throws curve balls our way.

This session will focus on practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, managing stress in the moment, and responding thoughtfully instead of reacting emotionally. Attendees will learn how emotional awareness, communication styles, body language, and energy all play a role in creating productive interactions and stronger professional relationships.

Topics will include:

  • Staying grounded during stressful situations

  • Responding versus reacting

  • Recognizing emotional triggers

  • Adjusting communication styles effectively

  • Creating calm and confident conversations

Whether you are leading teams, supporting residents, working with boards, or collaborating with business partners, this session will provide valuable tools to help you approach challenges with composure and confidence.
