Angela Nichols, BA, MA - Partner, Elevation Corporate Health

Angela is the President and Partner of Elevation Health, bringing over 25 years of expertise in corporate and residential fitness and wellness. With a well-rounded understanding of the industry, she has successfully led the design, management, and implementation of comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for a wide range of organizations.

She has been a driving force in adapting wellness solutions to meet the needs of today’s workforce and residential communities. Her leadership has advanced the integration of innovative technologies and streamlined processes, ensuring that wellness programming, residential fitness services, and community engagement initiatives are accessible and impactful across diverse environments.

She holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and a Master’s in Sport and Recreation Management from Kent State University. In addition, she is certified in Life Coaching, Nutrition Consulting, Personal Training, and Group Exercise, underscoring her commitment to providing holistic, results-driven wellness strategies.

Angela and her husband own a brewery in Fraser Colorado and often joke that their love for beer and fitness is the perfect balance to life.  They built their own cabin in Fraser in 2014, and reside there with their dog Peanut Butter, who “famously” has a beer named after her which is the “Pitbull Peanut Butter Porter”.
