Positive Intelligence in Action
Imagine having the tools to stay centered in the middle of conflict. Imagine communicating with boards and residents with greater ease and confidence. Imagine leading your team with compassion, focus, and steadiness—even on the toughest days.
In this engaging session, Stacy will introduce the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework, a science-based approach that helps us recognize the mental patterns that sabotage performance and replace them with more resilient, productive habits. In an industry where stress, conflict, and high expectations are the norm, PQ offers practical tools to help professionals stay grounded and effective.
During this Wellness Hour, you’ll learn how Positive Intelligence can:
Reduce stress for managers and on-site teams
Improve communication with boards and residents
Help navigate conflict more effectively
Boost team productivity and consistency
Strengthen leadership skills at every level
Build healthier, more collaborative board relationships
Join us for a practical, mindset-shifting session designed to help you lead with clarity, resilience, and confidence!
