This special Wellness Hour centers the voices of two breast cancer survivors. You’ll hear personal stories across the cancer journey—early detection and diagnosis, treatment decisions, navigating support systems, workplace and family conversations, and life after treatment. Attendees will leave with encouragement, practical resources, and simple ways to support loved ones and themselves.

Jessica (Towles) Gottschalk, AMS®, PCAM®,
Director of Community Experience and Resident Support
Jessica has been in the community management industry for 25 years. She has experience maintaining all aspects of community associations and management company administration, including facilities management, financial management and customer retention. Jessica is a strong advocate of effective communication and ongoing education for both staff and residents. She focuses on business strategy, operational effectiveness, and excellence in community management.
In addition to her role with Sterling Ranch, Jessica is a past president of CAI Board of Trustees and is a member of the National Faculty, specializing in the M:100 - The Essentials of Community Association Management. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their four children and volunteering with the high school and Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.
Kara Foley, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Vice President of Community Management, Seabreeze Management Company and Co-Host of the HOA Pros Podcast
Kara, a five-year breast cancer survivor, brings her passion for serving the community management space with over 29 years of experience in the community management industry, including 14 years focused on common interest developments. Kara is actively involved in the Orange County chapter of the CAI, serving as the co-chair of the Emerging Leaders and Mentorship Committee. She also serves as a member of the National Managers Council.
Her professional credentials include the Community Associations Institute Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), the highest recognition available to community association management professionals, as well as the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations.
