Bill is a seasoned community manager, leader, educator, executive, and consultant with over 40 years of experience. His career has been dedicated to building stronger communities and promoting mental wellness for managers in the workplace.
For the past three decades, Bill has primarily managed upscale, large-scale communities, though his career began in Tucson, Arizona, as a portfolio manager. He later served as an executive for two large management companies, bringing both operational expertise and strategic vision to his roles.
Bill has also been deeply involved with the CAI, serving on the national board of trustees, on his local chapter board, as a faculty member, and as a published author. His commitment to advancing the profession and supporting fellow managers has made him a respected voice in the community association industry.
